Kidz That Rock program is intended for climbers
ages 8 and up. This program will instruct the
basic skills required for indoor top rope climbing.
We will then focus on technique for both route
climbing and bouldering; incorporating games,
training and awards keeping everyone involved
and giving them a goal to strive for. The program
will run for 9 weeks for 1 hour each week with a
membership for the duration of the program.
Everyone will also receive a t-shirt and be a part
of the Grotto Junior Climbing Team. All members
will be encouraged, but not required, to
participate in climbing competitions throughout
Southern Ontario.
